The developers of the Palms Condo Hotel, SF Development LLC, is run and operated by Anup Shah and Johnny Frost. Both of their extensive backgrounds and industry knowledge will come together to assure your comfort and success in the Condo hotel purchasing process.

Anup Shah has 18 years of experience in the hotel business that ranges from operations, and management, to development.

Johnny Frost has a background in sales and marketing and has worked on large development projects through out Europe, the Caribbean, and the US since the early 1990’s.

The developers began working with Condo Hotels in 2005 with their first project, Meridian at Secret Lake. This development has been a huge success and they are now raising their standards even higher with the Meridian Palms Orlando.
